Where we work across the Reno-Tahoe area
Our crews run from our shop in south Reno out through the Truckee Meadows, south to Carson City and the Douglas County valleys, east along the industrial corridor and up into the Tahoe basin.
Cities and towns
Pick the area closest to you for local detail on the neighborhoods, building types and services we are asked for most.
- Pressure washing in Reno: Our shop sits in south Reno, so most of the valley is a short drive for our crews. We clean homes, storefronts, offices and industrial buildings across the city.
- Pressure washing in Sparks: Sparks runs from new subdivisions at the north end to one of the largest distribution corridors in the west, and the cleaning work looks completely different at each end.
- Pressure washing in Carson City: Carson City is a half hour south of our shop, and the mix there leans older: historic homes with painted wood, a walkable downtown and plenty of public and commercial buildings.
- Pressure washing in Lake Tahoe: Tahoe properties have a shorter season and a longer list. Snow, pine litter and sap do things to a cabin that a house down in the valley never deals with.
Counties we cover
We serve Washoe County, Carson City, Douglas County, Lyon County, Storey County and Churchill County, plus the California shore of Lake Tahoe. If you are on the edge of that map, call and ask. Travel time is the only real limit.
Communities inside the service area
Alongside the main cities we regularly work in Spanish Springs, Sun Valley, Verdi, Washoe Valley, Incline Village, Crystal Bay, Fernley, Dayton, Minden, Gardnerville and the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center.
What we bring to every job
Each truck carries its own water supply, multiple wash units and a full set of detergents, so we are not dependent on site water or power. That matters for properties with the spigot shut off in winter, for industrial yards without a hose bib, and for lake properties where the supply is seasonal.
Questions we hear a lot
How far do you travel from Reno?
We work throughout the Truckee Meadows, south to Carson City and the Douglas County valleys, east to Fernley and the industrial corridor, and up into the Tahoe basin on both the Nevada and California sides.
Do you charge a travel fee for outlying areas?
Travel is factored into the quote rather than billed separately, so the price you approve is the price for the job.
Can you serve seasonal properties at the lake?
Yes, once roads and driveways are clear. Tahoe work runs roughly late spring through fall.
